A 25% deposit is due at the time of your booking. This will be applied to your final payment at the time of your appointment. This payment is NON-REFUNDABLE AND NON-TRANSFERABLE in the event of a cancellation. All final payments are due at the time of appointment.

Late Policy

If you are running late please let us know! We have a 15 minute grace period. After 15 minutes you will be charged a $10 late fee. After 30 minutes you will have to cancel and reschedule, forfeiting your deposit.

All cancellations should be made 48 hours in advance. Failing to do so will be considered a “no-show” which will require you to PAY IN FULL. THE CC ON FILE WILL BE CHARGED before you can book with me again.

DEPOSITS ARE NON-REFUNDABLE!! After your SERVICE is complete you will have a 24 hour window when you can reach back out to us to fix the issue at our earliest convenience.

WHEN YOU ARRIVE, YOUR HAIR SHOULD BE READY TO BE SHAMPOOED!! ALL BRAIDS, JEWELS, WEAVE ETC,, MUST BE REMOVED!! REMOVAL SERVICES ARE NOT INCLUDED!! HAIR MUST BE DETANGLED AND FREE OF DEBRIS. DANDRUFF AND SCALP TREATMENTS ARE NOT INCLUDED AND MUST BE BOOKED
